Mount Morris Advisors guides private life science companies through the various stages of raising funds. We help identify potential investors and maintain a database of investors active in the life science space. We keep track of VCs, when they last raised funds, which boards they sit on, and their stated investing appetite. For each client we will analyze investments in a similar stage of development, similar indications, similar product profiles or similar mechanism of action. We work with management and the board to leverage their, and our, investor relationships to create a coherent and targeted list of investors that is acceptable to the company management team and its existing investors.
Mount Morris Advisors will help prepare the materials needed for efficient and productive meetings with selected investors. These materials include the investor presentation, private placement memoranda, and supporting materials, including the corporate, finance, timeline, market and valuation/exit sections of the investor materials.
We will prepare the long term financial model to help management articulate the capital needs through key value inflection points, so that investors understand the proposed size of a financing round.
Mount Morris Advisors will coordinate investor roadshows, setting up meetings with approved counterparties, attend roadshow meetings and manage due diligence requests. We will help you analyze and negotiate competing term sheets, including returns to all stakeholders.
